I made it through my first full week! It was hard but that's because I am still learning their schedules and personalities and what not. They are both very busy kids, but seriously the cutest!! I am so grateful to be here and get to know and be a part of this families lives. They are so amazing and fun! I am surprisingly not homesick but I think it's because they are making me feel very comfortable here and cared about. The first few days it was weird living in a strangers house but I've gotten used to it and all is well and I am very happy!!
Today I was unable to go to church because the roads are pure ice outside and we got a notification from the kinnelon police department that we are to stay in doors until it warms up and is safe to drive! Crazy right!! You look outside and you can see very well that there is ice all over the roads and they are very glossy! If you look close on the road you can see the white spots which is ice but it's all over the closer you look! The neighbor walked outside to his car and he was having to hold onto his car the whole time. This weather is crazy!!
